Fantasy Sea World Cake!

I don't know what the weather is like in your part of the world but its been SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD and glooomy for the past month here in Hong Kong.
Creating cakes that bring some sunshine into our decorating studio is a real treat for us:)
We made a Fantasy Sea World cake for Beatrice's 4th birthday. She wanted it colorful, glittery and filled with all her fave sea creatures.

Mr. Friendly shark being one of them. Now thats a Jaws you wanna hug:)

I also luv our adorable angle fish.

We airbrushed all the coral reef with an assortment of beautiful sea world colors. All of us in the studio felt like we went for a snorkle after finishing this cake. It was so nice to see some tropical colors after being in gloom for so long.

For those of you who are looking for some Spring inspiration, we just launched our April spring classes:)

We have a whole bunch of new classes. We Luv Workshops (Cupcake, Cookie) Easter Theme.
We just completed a We Luv Easter Cookie Workshop.
Students learned how to bake perfectly shaped cookies. They learned important tips on how to prepare and bake the cookie dough so that it keeps its shape when baked in the oven.

After baking, comes the fun part:)
Decorating Easter theme cookies with smooth finish and fun details.

Our students did a fabulous job and we loved the smell of those butter cookies lingering all over our classrooms:)
